My family has purchased at least 5 bikes from Dave over the past several years. Each time, he has given us a great deal on a bike that has been expertly repaired and/or rebuilt. He also has been very reasonable in taking trade-ins. If you're willing to put up with buying a bike with scratched paint (but good mechanicals) at a great price, and are willing to overlook the decidedly non-retail atmosphere, then a drive out to Dave's to check his current inventory is advisable.
